Lab Tests Offered:
FHP – Female Hormone Panel – this test is for women who are menstruating but are having difficulty with hormone levels, PMS, infertility, fibroids, irregular menstrual cycles, painful or heavy periods, and migraines. The test can also be used to effectively measure the results of hormonal therapy. This test measures levels of Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, and DHEA. There are 11 samples collected throughout the menstrual cycle. This is a saliva test. Instructions for the test are included.
PHP – Postmenopausal Hormone Panel – this test is for women who have stopped menstruating and are having difficulty with hormone levels and who are having difficulty transitioning to menopause with symptoms including hot flashes, lack of libido, nervousness/irritability, mood changes, etc. This test measures levels of E1, E2, E3 (Estrogen), DHEA, Progesterone and Testosterone. There is one sample collected. This is a saliva test. Instructions are included.
MHP – Male Hormone Panel – this test is for men who may have concerns about their hormone levels and who are experiencing andropause or any symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Decreased muscle mass and strength, decreased energy and vigor, loss of libido, insomnia, hair loss, mood changes and/or nervousness. This test measures levels of Progesterone, DHEA, Androstradione, E1 (Estrogen), Testosterone, and DHT. There is one sample collected. This is a saliva test. Instructions are included.
ASI – Adrenal Stress Index – this test is for both men and women looking for answers to their chronic stress, lack of energy, sleep problems, low libido, low body temperature, unexplained pain and headaches. Hypoglycemia and gluten sensitivity is also measured as they can be often overlooked sources of stress. This test measures levels of Cortisol, DHEA, Progesterone, Insulin, Salivary IGA, and Gliadin Antibodies. There are four samples collected. This is a saliva test. Instructions are included.
For all tests: When order is placed a test kit will be sent to you. The kit comes in a box pre-labeled with the address of the performing laboratory. After the kit is completed and sent to the lab the turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks per test. When results are obtained we will contact you via email. The email will contain a copy of the report and will provide dates and times of availability to speak with a Doctor to go over the results and the recommendations.
