Our office is located at 6210 N. Beltline Road in Irving/Las Colinas, one-half mile south of Highway 114. We are on the corner of Beltline Road and Gateway Drive, in the Beltline Business Center. Our office faces Beltline and you can park on the west side of the office complex. You will walk under a brick archway and enter an atrium. Our suite, number 155, is the first suite on the right.

Making an appointment is quick and easy. Just call (972) 751-9966 and the receptionist will be happy to schedule your appointment. At times, you may find that you can not get scheduled as soon as you would like. If this happens, please ask the receptionist to place you on the cancellation list. This will allow you to have a choice of whether to accept an earlier appointment that becomes available due to a cancellation or keep your original appointment.

We ask you to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to see the doctor so you can fill out your paperwork. This consists of a case history, a consent-to-treat form and our fee schedule. You may download and print these forms to fill them out prior to your arrival if you prefer. After the paperwork is completed, you will have a full hour of face-to-face time with the doctor. This includes consultation and treatment time. At this point, the doctor will discuss your case history and then give you the best treatment options available to resolve your health complaint. Your treatment program will start on the first visit to our office.

At the end of your appointment, the receptionist will schedule a follow-up appointment if needed. By the end of your first appointment you should have a clear understanding of what to expect while going through the treatment process. If for any reason, you are unclear about any part of the treatment process, please ask questions. We believe that education is a key part of the healing process, so we welcome your questions.

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and all major credit and debit cards. We do not file insurance. However, we will give you a receipt with the procedure codes and diagnosis codes for you to mail to your insurance company. They will process your claim and mail your reimbursement check directly to you. Be sure to verify your insurance benefits to find what type of chiropractic coverage you have. We do not accept Workman's Compensation injuries, personal injury cases or auto accident claims.
